About Us:

Sercat is a family run business based in Ballymount Dublin. Originally named Daol Woodcrafts, we were previously based in Rathmines, Dublin 6. The company was established by it's two directors, Tony Duffy and Teresa O'Leary. Our vision was to provide customers with high quality hand-crafted furniture and design to meet all customers requirements in terms of personal taste, requirements and budget.

Sercat are based in Ballymount, Dublin where they have an extensive workshop which is equipped with all machinery to ensure the highest quality of craftmanship is consistently delivered.

Tony Duffy - Managing Director
Tony is a fully qualified carpenter/joiner from a proud family of 3 generations of master craftsmen. He has, over the years, managed several building projects and has also completed the full fit-out of the interior of the extension and renovation including staircases, kitchen units, bathrooms and flooring.

Teresa Duffy - Design Director
With a very keen eye for design and over 25 years of experience in this field, Teresa works closely with the customer to design a solution to best fit their needs. Her design experience ranges from individual pieces of handcrafted furniture to kitchens, bathrooms, renovations and extensions. When a design has been agreed with a customer, Teresa works closely with the team to ensure that the customer's requirements are fulfilled to precise details and will liaise with the customer throughout the manufacturing stages.
